Author: I’m thinking about getting the American Girl Bitty Twins for my daughter for her 3rd birthday. She loves to change her doll clothes and diaper her baby doll, but the American Girl clothes are so expensive! Does anyone know if preemie sized clothes will fit the Bitty Baby/Bitty Twins? It’s really sad that real baby clothes are 1/2 the price of the doll clothes!!
The proportions of Bitty Baby are similar to a real baby, so I think it’s safe to say Preemie clothes should work, even if they are a bit big. BB’s are 15", so I think they’ll be fine.
I agree, clothes from AG are wicked expensive. I make 99% of clothes for my dolls because I can’t justify the expense.
