Online as well as shopping centres and any others.
I buy a lot of clothing at Old Navy as my kids are skinny and need the adjustable waisted clothse, and they are hard to find. We also really like The Children’s Place for the little one. We buy a lot online, because for some reason, my kids are what i call "Mr. & Mrs Common Size" they NEVER have their size in the store, but always have plenty of every other size.
I don’t have any kids but I do have plenty of neices and nephews (10). I used to buy their clothes at The Gap, Old Navy and Children’s Place. They have great quality clothing for reasonable prices.

I usually distract homeless people with a dollar and nab their blankets and extra clothes when they’re not looking. I save a lot of money this way.

I don’t do any shopping online. My favorite place for her clothes is Kohls. They are cute and well made, but kind of expensive, relative to other places such as Target and Wal Mart. Wal Mart clothes are the cheapest and the crappiest. Targets are reasonably priced and the quality is better.
She is a toddler now and I will probably start to more of her shopping at places such as Old Navy.

I look online first and find out where the cute stuff is and then I go find them. Right now I’m very interested in Kohl’s and Target.
My daughter is 17 months.

I shop at consignment stores for most of the clothes my family needs. We have an amazing consignment store in town where the store prices the items instead of letting the seller price them, so you get reasonable prices there.
I think its just plain silly to go pay $40 at a retail shop for a dress my daughter will wear once or twice and then outgrow.

Wal Mart, Target, Kohl’s, JC Penney, Sears, Dillards, The Children’s Place, Old Navy, Hamrick’s, Justice (formerly Limited Too), eBay, Once Upon A Child, and they also get a lot of hand me downs from friends and family and occasionally K Mart.
You can purchase "name" brands for your children without spending a lot, you just have to shop wisely. I once went to JC Penney and purchased MULTIPLE items for each of my (then) three children and my niece, and only spent $104. I saved over $400.

Just about every where. We look for quality as well as price. There are some things we buy cheap and others that need to be top noch so they last. In no particular order:
Walmart
Target
Children’s Place (we love their PJ’s how they wash and wear majority of their PJ’s come from here and jeans helps that we have an outlet near by also )
Gap
Gymboree (more when they were little have not been in a long time)
Justice (for my daughter)
Osgosh
Stride Rite (for shoes)
Zappos (shoes)
Ebay
Thrift shops
Old Navy
Kohls
JcPenny
Babies Rus
Carter’s
We look for sales get cupons in the mail and mix and match things for each store. Right now the majority of fall clothes have come from Kohls and Childrens’s Place and Carter’s

The Children’s Place is great
Old Navy is amazing for spring and summer stuff, plus really good prices — plus it’s adorable!
I love Target for my clothes but I know I buy some kids’ stuff there too (less for the little ones because, at least where we live, the selection isn’t great for babies / toddlers’ items).
Babies ‘R Us has some cute, cheap baby clothes
The GAP Kids is good, too, but sometimes a bit pricey (depending on the item).
