I have had great luck w/ Craigslist, although I will only buy if they have photos and are from a smoke/pet free home. Also, garage sales can be a find too, but you have to get there early as kid’s clothes go fast.

I am a major bargain shopper so I find the cheapest cloths at a store called "Burke’s Outlet", and "Ross’s" those stores have the cutest baby clothes and so darn cheap.

I buy some from ebay for my expensive outfits. I go to consignment shops/sales. I also have a lot of cute outfits from Dollar General (some are the same brands that are sold in the pricey stores).
