I am buying for my niece, she is 13 months old, But I am unsure what size I would get in japan. I haven’t been able to find any conversion charts. HelP!
This is the only decent US-JP size conversion charts for infant clothes and shoes. I am afraid that it is in Japanese.

There is a size conversion chart for infant shoes halfway down the page on the right-hand side.
Ã¥ÂÂä¾›(乳幼å…Â)ã®é´ã®サイズ = Kids (Infants) shoe sizes
US 4 = JP 12 (12 mos)
US 5 = JP 13 (18 mos)
There is a size conversion chart for infant clothes near the bottom of the page.
æ–°çâ€Å¸Ã¥â€¦Âï¼Â乳幼å…Âã®æœÂã®サイズ = Newborn-Infants clothes sizes
US 12 mos = JP 75 (28.5-30.5 ins; 20.5-24.5 lbs)
US 18 mos = JP 80 (30.5-32.5 ins; 24.5-27.5 lbs)
These are only guidelines, so please ask your sister/brother what size your niece is in.
Hope this helps.
