Author: I neeed to get something for my two newborn nieces and my cousin’s infant (I need clothes for both boys and girls)
I personally like Zutano clothes. I don’t think you can buy directly from their site, but they link to sites that do carry their line. Zutano has really cute mix and match patterns and solids that are unique but not too crazy. It’s kind of hard to grasp how cute these clothes are by looking at pictures online, but they look super cute on the babies.

Gymboree has the cutest clothes for children. They are more expensive than department stores like JCPennys or Belk, but since you are only buying 3 outfits, I say go for it.
Their clothes are unique and so adorable. Check it out and http://www.gymboree.com.
If you don’t like that, I say go to the department stores. They are newborns anyway, and don’t need much more than sleepers or gowns. Department stores have very cute newborn clothes.
