It’s pretty hard to find clothes like that.
I’d recommend doing what I do- making your own.
You can either sew your own, or alter clothes.
There are some cheap patterns out there, and you can make them as goth as you like.
Or, buy plain clothing from the Salvation Army or another cheap thrift store. Alter them to your liking. Probably cheaper then making your own, and definitely cheaper than buying something pre-made.

Have you tried going to your local thrift stores? It doesn’t sound great, but once you get in there and rummage around, there’s no telling what you can find. Other than that, I know there’s this store called Little Monsters but they are pretty expensive.
