As part of our skirts video series, this movie is the sequel covering a different type of skirt: The Flared Skirt. The flared skirt is rather special in our video series, because it is hardly ever worn by kids. Nevertheless, we decided to cover it since it is a type of skirt worth knowing by growing up girls.
