Ok, I have 3 children the most recent is a boy, and it is depressing how boring little boy clothes are! There is nothing unique or fun about little boy clothing. My friend and i are considering creating our own line of little boy clothing and selling it at markets and craft events. But this is new to both of us and I was wondering where the best places to order wholesale materials from is?

I was thinking somwhere along the lines of these two outfits. I like the second one better but i don’t want him to be over dressed so i’m not sure what exactly i should put on him. Any suggestions. I have never even been to a pageant before. He is 6 months old

At the last Sunday Best pageant I went to, a lot of the little boys had on khakis, a dress shirt, and a cute sweater vest. The first one would be absolutely perfect!! The second one is cute, but a little too dressy. I’d definitely go with the first one. Best of luck to him!!

I don’t have any babys but I have a teddybear who I put in baby boy clothes its so cute he’s 0-6 in infant clothes xD

My son is 10 months old and he wears 9-12 month clothes, but I have a friend that has a 9 month old and he is in 12-18 months.

So I know that I am not the only one who has a problem shopping for boy clothing. Other moms on here have mentioned it before too. Any store you go in- there is ALWAYS more and better girl clothing. Now I don’t know about you other moms- But I LOVE to shop and dress my 15 month old up. I love for stuff to match. If I have the money then I do it. But goodness gracious it’s like pulling teeth if you want cute clothes around here! I mean don’t get me wrong- I have found cute stuff but there is just always more options for girls. AND they have girl stores specifically for GIRL clothing. NOT BOYS! Go to the mall- theres Limited Too and Justice. Where are the boy stores?

So here it is- I want to open my own boy clothing store. LOL. Who thinks it’s a good idea? But I also want to design my own clothes since theres hardly anything cute around. Would you shop in my store? How do I go about doing this..!? LOL Maybe I should start designing first and get them to sell in other stores- then open my own store up? It would have newborn,infant,toddler clothing.

I KNOW! walmart has an AWFUL selection of boy shoes and clothing to be honest. I was there lastnight and couldnt find a thing! But they have very cute girl clothes.

proudmom- yeah i shop at baby gap i just bought a winter hat there. its cute. but they are limited too. only will find a couple things i like thats it.

the weather is SO UNPREDICTABLE here. we could have 4 foot of snow, or it could be 60 degrees and sunny. i’m having a hard time deciding what sizes to buy for clothing. the doctor is GUESSING the baby will weigh around 8 pounds (based on ultrasound measurements).

no doubt about it, the weather will be MUCH nicer by mid June. if i buy newborn-3 month sizes will that get me up to the middle of June… and then buy 3-6 month sizes to get from mid-June through the end of August? i want to shop before all of the cute stuff is gone… it’s bad enough that the stores have already clearanced out all of the winter stuff anticipating summer… ANY HELP would be appreciated!

Many children never fit into the 0-3 month size clothes. I would buy the 3-6 for the smallest size…and then go up from there. I had many clothes bought and given to me that my children could never wear. Especially if the doctor says that he will be 8 lbs. I am the mother of babies born weighing 8-1, 9-9, and 9-5. I would never recommend buying 0-3.

These days, clothes pins are increasingly being used even for the purpose of art and craft.

I had never heard of Hudson Baby until I ran into them here, so I was really skeptical, but it is now my favorite baby brand!!

This set is a GREAT price, the clothes is so very soft, and the sizes range bigger than most brands, so you can go longer with one size! That is perfect for me, because my little boy is so tall, and he grows like a beanstalk!

I just wish that they had more clothes for 12 month and up!

This set is adorable. The hat was a little small for my baby, but he just has a big head! I love that the velcro for the bib is off to the side.

When I have another baby, this WILL be my main brand!
