I want to purchase this baby clothing that I saw in the back of the free parenting book in the ob/gyn office. The baby wear featured onsies that showed a play on designers name in the typeface that the designer uses. I can’t remember everyone but for instance Gucci might be Goochie… baby words. I really want this clothing and the Dr. no longer has the magazine.

I have 3 kids. 2 girls, one is 2 and the other is 2months and one 4 yr old boy. My boyfriends mom is about to go to Paris and she’s taking along alot of $$ to buy the kids designer clothes. she asked us to give her an idea of what she wants and since my boyfriend’s not nessesarily the fashion expert, its up to me. i’m used to shopping for clothes from chanel and louis vuitton but thats for me. what’s some major designers that celebrities use for their children. if u can give me some websites, that would be amazingg.! thanks.!

My bf’s boss (also his friend) is pregnant with her first, I don’t know her very well, but I’m writing the card (and wrapping the gift), (bf has terrible hand writing and has no idea what to write) he doesn’t want it to be overly soppy, just fun and cute.
They aren’t finding out the sex, so the message has to be gender neutral (we sooo want to know what she’s having so we can go buy a heap of designer baby clothes like dresses or boy-ish clothes, but instead we have to buy neutral colours, but we found some really cute unisex rompers, the sweetest beanie and slipper-bootie type things)
Anyway, I need help writing a sweet little message, something like ‘congratulations, hope the pregnancy goes well’ or something, but I think that how I wrote it sounds lame…

Seal has a pretty baby girl, and Hally Berry has one two. Both of these babies have a white parent though. I don’t remember the babies’ names.
I’m pregnant and money is a bit tight right now for us. Not terribly tight, but we figure we’d like to save a little because I’m sure baby comes with a lot of hidden expenses.
I’ve been buying gently (very gently) used baby clothes at Goodwill and other used clothing shops. Most still have the tags on them. personally, I can’t see spending hundreds of dollars on designer baby clothes, but I still want my baby to look great 
We are beginning to scour garage sales, mom-to-mom sales, thrift shops, mooch off friends whose babies have outgrown stuff, etc. Before we buy anything major my question is: what’s safe to buy used and what isn’t? (Disposable diapers obviously aren’t haha) Can you buy a car seat used if it’s in great condition? What about a crib if it’s in great shape? How about swings or saucers, etc? It goes without saying that we will thoroughly wash and disinfect every used (and new) item we buy.
I want to save money but obviously safety comes first. What we can’t buy new we plan to pick up quality items at Wal-Mart or Babies R us and Sears on sale.

I know what you mean about saving a fortune. Used stuff is an absolute fraction of new. I pay for a bag of adorable, perfect condition baby clothes in change.
The only thing you MUST buy new is the car seat. You never want to risk using one that’s been involved in an accident, even a minor one.
If buying a crib second-hand, make sure it meets current safety requirements. If it is relatively new then it should be fine, but look it up online just to be safe. (We found a cute new crib at Kmart for $110)
Absolutely everything else can be used secondhand. Ask friends and relatives if they want to give or lend you anything. Baby stuff takes up so much space that most people are happy to hand it over.
Have you had any difficulty finding designer baby/toddler clothes…or clothes that reflect your distinct personality?
I mean I get pieces at the Gap and Target but I’m always looking for something outside of the box, classy + stylish…any reccomendations?

Well i’m in a fix!With all these celebrity babies wearing designer outfits from louis vitton clothes to gucci footwear to prada socks etc,etc……what brand nappies do they wear and what brand feeding bottles do they use?Because i have no idea these designers design nappies and feeding bottles?And if they do could someone tell me where to go purchase some!
