Désirée Mendonca lives in Berlin and is 11 years old. As head-girl she attends the European School in Berlin. She keeps herself busy with her hobbies dancing and drawing and serves up for justice. She loves to wear trendy clothes and loves music, the Internet and reading. Her heroes are Beyoncé und Christina Aguilera.

Yanina Onyewenjo, daughter of Frank Farian, is 10 years old and lives in Miami, USA. For the last four years Yanina has been taken piano and singing lessons with great enthusiasm and passion. Cassidy Taye is 9 years old the youngest member of DADDY COOL KIDS. She lives in Orlando, Florida and has been singing and modeling since she was 4 years old. She has worked with the likes of Serena Williams, Venus and Vera Wang. Her hobbies include playing soccer, basketball, swimming, surfing and music. She is inspired by Alicia Keys, Mary J. Blige and Celine Dion. Cassidy’s dream is to become a successful and famous singer.

This was my answer to a similar question:
Where I go to school, half the kids just wear whatever they want. The other half (mostly freshmen) buy into that whole conformist scene. They generally wear: northface jackets, ugg boots, skinny jeans from abercrombie or hollister, sweatpants tucked into their uggs, yoga pants, victorias secret pink, dresses, and occasionally they’ll throw in a hoodie from pacsun or a taylor swift concert shirt in their attempts at not seeming like yet another preppy follower douche. This of course fails miserably, as they are still a carbon copy of the girl sitting next to them. They either straighten their hair or put a ton of gel in so it looks like they just got out of the shower. And most kids just brown bag their lunches, seeing as they dropped so much money on $200 boots and $80 jeans they dont have money left to buy a lunchbox.
Seriously, just be yourself. If you dress like that, you’ll probably be accepted by the so-called cool kids, but it’s really better to be your own person.

I heard my daughter and her friends talking about shopping and whatnot, and two of her friends come from wealthy families. They were talking about how much money their parents give them to waste on clothes and shoes, and they took pride at the fact that they were spoiled. I’m baffled…those kids were bragging about their maids and how they look down on "poor people". Are wealthy parents so stupid that they teach their kids that they’re better than everyone else?? Since when is it "cool" to be spoiled like Paris Hilton??
Rich parents believe they need to give their kids money to make them happy. That’s completely wrong and spoils children way too much. Kids need to be taught the value of earning a dollar instead of inheriting it.
