Wed, 21 Jan 2009, Zagreb – Some 60 Danish students escaped serious injury Wednesday morning when their bus overturned in western Croatia, local media said. The passengers, mostly children aged 14-15, were travelling from Randers in Denmark to Porec, an Adriatic coast resort where Denmark plays Egypt Wednesday night at the world handball championship.
Nine passengers were taken to a hospital with slight injuries, while the rest were catered for in a youth centre in Pula, 150 kilometres west of Zagreb.
Local reports quoted the Danish driver as saying that he swerved hard to avoid a collision with another bus.

Autobus, koji je prevozio 60 djece iz Danske, u 7 sati prevrnuo se na cesti Bale – SoÅ¡ići, kod skretanja za mjesto Krmedi.
Neslužbeno doznajemo da se nesreća dogodila zbog mokrog i skliskog kolnika. Lakše je ozlijeđeno sedmero srednjoškolaca, a u pulskoj Općoj bolnici dvoje je zadržano na promatranju.

OÄÂevid je u tijeku, a policija je o svemu obavijestila dansko veleposlanstvo u Zagrebu. Djeca su putovala u PoreÄ kako bi bodrili svoju rukometnu reprezentaciju.

i have two girls that are only 20 months apart in age, i want to save the shoes that my older girl goes through for my younger one. they don’t have alot of room in there room but i have a basement. does anyone have a cheap idea as to how i could keep them nice and together. i was throwing them in the box with the size clothes that my older daughter wore with them but my younger one is going to grow different. also they were getting smashed. id like to keep them together by size but cant seem to think of any way to do it. any ideas
I save my son’s shoe boxes and replace once he outgrows them. But some shoes do not come in a box. I would buy a small rubbermaid container (ones for adult shoes are .99cents at walmart) or get one big enough to hold the number of shoes of a particular size. Write the size on the top in permanent marker or on a piece of tape. Store in a large rubbermaid container labeled Girl’s Shoes.

Stuff them with old newspaper and throw them in the box.
