Hello everyone! I 1st want to thank everybody that is going to give advice on this question.

My question is, where do you go online to buy baby girl clothes?

We are stationed in Japan, and the selection over here isn’t that great. Our daughter is almost 8months old. I have tired places like childs place, gymoboree, target, amazon- places like that, is there anything else out there?

Don’t worry if they can’t ship here, we have an APO AP address which is basically a US address but in Japan. Most places will ship here.

Any advice would be SO SO much appreciated! thanks!
Ramooda- I don’t think that we do the same thing. Thank you for all the sites though, we are military and are in Japan, not by choice.

I KNOW A YOUNG COUPLE,THEY ARE GOING TRU A ROUGH MOMENT,THEY HAVE A 1 YR OLD BABY GIRL, AND SHE NEEDS CLOTHING AND SHOES . PLEASE THIS IS A GOOD CAUSE! THANK YOU SO MUCH!ROSY!

Have them check out http://www.freecycle.org/ so they can find a local group to post a request up in. They could also go to Goodwill for cheap things, or contact locals churches or shelters to see if they offer free clothing.

Is anyone else completely addicted to shopping for their baby girl? MY daughter is 3 months old and I can’t stop myself from buying her clothes when we are in the shops…Target, Kohls, Carters, Gymboree it doesn’t matter?! She has a three drawer dresser and a closet FULL of clothes. I can’t stop shopping for her. All the clothes are so precious!! Anyone else and did you overcome your addiction, how?
I have bought her lots of bigger things for the coming seasons too…she has sizes for all ages and stages up to 1…I still can’t stop…I don’t think I want too either.

My daughters 6 months old and I am the same way..if i buy myself something I buy her something..the little girl clothing are so cute its hard to pass up..i buy alot of matching outfits for my baby and me..its really adorable..anyway i have yet to break that addiction and it isn’t hurting us that i have this addiction so why stop?..I mean I could spend it on other things but what fun is that?..if it came down to where we were in dire need of money I would definately stop buying her things but until that day comes i see no need in stopping the addiction. I like to look nice so why can’t my baby also?

So i’m having a baby girl in March, kinda hard dealing with all the pink and purples and girliy stuff! I was wondering if anyone knew of any stores with no so girly baby clothes but still girlish ya know?! Ha i got a light blue one-sizie with brown skulls on it so cute things like that but no all pink and stuff any ideas?

You can look online but most likely you’ll stuck with girlie girl clothes, Try a place called Rainbow Kids, Forman Mills, Carter’s, walmart, kmart, children’s place, and other out there stores like spencers. Sometimes you’ll find something like that, but like me you’ll just have to deal with girlie girl clothes.

Does anybody have any good stores or sites that i can get cute but not pink baby girl clothes?

I dont mind pink but i dont want everythinggggg to be pink, and knowing my family and friends, everything i get for my babyshower will be pink.

I dont mind pink as long as theres another color to offset it. like i bought a dress the other day that had a pink top but the bottom was brown with flowers…

most stores like target, khols, walmart, baby gap, old navy, gymboree, and childrens place offer a variety of colors for baby girl newborns. the carters brand always has tons of colors.

i just went to old navy the other day and they had all their new clothes out, tons of colors….all very cute! also target had a lot of different colored outfits, i really love their stuff and its affordable.

I would like to pick up a few baby outfits for my niece’s American Girl doll, but can’t afford to order the ones from their company. Has anyone tried to fit them into regular baby clothes?

baby clothes are wider in the waist then the american girl dolls
agd, are miniature versions of girls averaging to be about 10 years old. so the are very slender. baby clothes are shorter and rounder and wont fit. but u can always look on ebay, or u can try to look at normal toy stores. there are cheaper versions of american girl doll, and the clothes should still fit but will be very less expensive.

I’m not interested in online stores. I have already looked at Baby Gap, Old Navy, Wal-Mart, and Gymborees and gotten some clothes from some of them. I am buying clothes for my friends baby shower and would like to find more baby girl clothes. Also, what are some other good baby shower presents? I have gotten stuff from her registry but I want to go a little further than just her registry because she is really modest and doesn’t like to ask for anything. She is my closest friend and I just can’t think of anything! haha

OMG I live at walmart!! I also buy from Kohls. You can sometimes find some good sales. Their regular prices are a little high but they always have some kind of sale going on. If you are up north.. Gordman’s is really good too. You might also check Target, and JC Penny.. For JC Penny I would suggest going into the store. You can find some really cute things on the Clearance rack. We bought my daughter like 5 outfits for $30 the last time we had went to JC Penny’s.

TJ Maxx has very high quality items for less & super cute! The Children’s Place has the best tights and offers super cute outfits. I also love Gymboree, but they can be super $$$ (I know u dont care, but I do).
